Terms
Payments and Delivery: General photo delivery is next day after the on-site appointment. Premium edits on home tour videos and reels will be delivered within 48 hours of the on-site appointment. If you need a rush delivery, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the situation and assess the necessity of additional fees. Domain name purchases are non-refundable once you have been provided your URL.
Re-Shoots and Cancellations: Appointment cancellations or reschedule requests must be made 24 hours or more before the scheduled shoot. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled on-site appointment will result in a $100, non-refundable charge. Cancellations or reschedules made the day of the scheduled on-site appointment will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services. This includes same day rescheduling because the property is not ready to shoot or able to be shot as stated in the Weather section. HVM does not refund completed services.
Weather: Home Visions Media aims to produce media services in all weather conditions. Weather is checked daily, and if there is a concern, we will attempt to reschedule the shoot with client. If client refuses to reschedule or is unresponsive, we will do our best to proceed as scheduled. Should a re-shoot be necessary after client refuses to reschedule or is unresponsive, the total cost of the scheduled services will be consumed, as stated in the Re-Shoots and Cancellations section.
It's hot out there. Both camera equipment and photographers are susceptible to overheating. Please turn on the AC and/or vent the house prior to the scheduled appointment. If the house is hotter than 80 degrees inside, the photographer reserves the right to NOT put themselves or their equipment at risk; a re-shoot will be scheduled, and the total cost of the scheduled services will be charged and must be paid before rescheduling.
Property Access and Conditions: The client is solely responsible for ensuring photographer has access to the entirety of the property on the agreed upon scheduled date and time. If access is not presented within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, a re-shoot will be scheduled, and the total cost of scheduled services will be charged and must be paid before rescheduling. HVM provides all clients with a Photo Shoot Prep List on their website via the Photoshoot Prep List button on the Listing Services page. Photographer is not responsible nor able to assist with cleaning, staging, or moving any personal property due to insurance limitations. Photographer may move small items, adjust lighting, and/or adjust window treatments. HVM will not provide touch ups that distort the current state of the property such as, but not limited to ceiling defects, wall defects, stains, and driveway/garage cracks, as this violates The MLS Terms and Conditions.
Relationship of Parties: Both parties agree that HVM photographers are independent contractors and are in no way deemed as employees of client. Neither party shall bind the other except as stated in this agreement. The Copyright Law prohibits any services or deliverables by photographer to be considered work for hire.
